Frits Aarts
Senior Vice President Europe
Frits Aarts leitet das Geschäft von Resources in Europa und ist zusätzlich für das Regional Management
der Büros in zehn Ländern verantwortlich. Zuvor war Frits Aarts Managing Partner von Ernst & Young Interim
Management, die im Juli 2003 von Resources übernommen wurden.
Von 1991-1999 war Frits Aarts acht Jahre lang als Vorstandsmitglied und COO eines niederländischen Bauunternehmens,
der Troost Pernis Group tätig. Zuvor arbeitete der Jurist fünf Jahre lang beim Technologieunternehmen Volleman
Computer B.V, wo er unter anderem zum Vorstandsmitglied ernannt wurde.

Daniela Zimmer
Managing Director Germany
Daniela Zimmer bringt als Bankkauffrau und Wirtschaftswissenschaftlerin mehr als 20 Jahre Erfahrung aus führenden
Positionen in Banken, Versicherungen, Agenturen und Unternehmen mit. Seit 2007 ist sie Managing Director bei Resources
Global Professionals in Deutschland.
Nach ihrer Ausbildung zur Bankkauffrau arbeitete Daniela Zimmer zunächst sechs Jahre bei der Bayerischen Landesbank, bevor sie
ein Studium zur Diplom-Betriebswirtin (FH) absolvierte. Anschließend arbeitete sie mehrere Jahre als Produktmanagerin
bei Avon und Mattel Toys und als Etatdirektorin bei der Dialog-Marketingagentur Wunderman. Anfang 1991 wechselte Daniela Zimmer in
die Position des Marketing Managers beim amerikanischen Finanzmarketingunternehmen TransNational Financial Services. Seit 1993
unterstützte Sie mit ihrem eigenen Unternehmen Kunden beim Management von Großprojekten im Marketing und Vertrieb. In dieser Zeit
war sie auch als Interim Managerin in unterschiedlichen Führungspositionen tätig, unter anderem als Geschäftsführerin bei der GE Money
Bank und als Director Direktversicherung bei der CIGNA Versicherung. Seit 2007 ist Daniela Zimmer Managing Director bei Resources Global
Professionals in Deutschland und für das Headoffice in Frankfurt am Main zuständig. Von dort aus betreut sie zusammen mit ihrem Team auch
Österreich und die Schweiz, für die 2009 eine neue Niederlassung in Zürich eröffnet wurde.

Tanja Cebula
Senior Vice President
An 11-year veteran of the Company, Senior Vice President Tanja Cebula is responsible for Resource's Western Region,
which includes 19 offices in the U.S. and Mexico. In her role, Tanja oversees operations, financials and recruiting
while mentoring teams and offering strategic guidance to the practices within the region.
Tanja began her Resources career in 1997 as Managing Director and founder of the Company's Portland, Oregon office.
She played a key role in Resources' management-led buyout from Deloitte & Touche LLC in 1999. She moved to Southern
California as Regional Managing Director in 2000 taking on responsibility for the entire Western Region in 2004.
Prior to Resources, Tanja served as Product Director for Johnson & Johnson Medical in Dallas, Texas and Senior Auditor for
Deloitte & Touche in Portland, Oregon. She received her BS from Oregon State University and her MBA from Northwestern University's
Kellogg School of Management. Tanja is on the St. Joseph Hospital Foundation Board in Orange, California and co-founded the Breast
Health Awareness Foundation whose mission is to bring breast cancer awareness to corporate America.

Colleen Cunningham
Global Managing Director, Finance and Accounting
Colleen Cunningham is an internationally recognized expert on corporate financial reporting and accounting, as well as former advisor to
the FASB and the IASB. She currently leads Resources’ Accounting and Finance practice, which provides financial reporting expertise to
Fortune 1000 companies around the world.
Before joining Resources, Colleen served as CEO of Financial Executives International (FEI) for nearly four years, during which time she
had significant influence in legislative and regulatory matters including Sarbanes-Oxley, pension reform and financial accounting standards.
She was the SVP and CFO, North America, of Havas Advertising (which was, at the time, the fifth largest advertising holding company in the
world) and before that, Colleen was the chief accountant of AT&T. She began her career in public accounting with Touche Ross and
Coopers & Lybrand.
Colleen speaks and writes frequently on a variety of finance and accounting issues both in the U.S. and internationally. She has been honored
as one of the top 100 influential people in finance by Treasury & Risk Management and Business Finance, as well as in accounting
by Accounting Today. Colleen earned a B.A. in Economics from Rutgers University and an MBA from New York University's Stern School of
Business where she was a Stern Scholar in the Executive Management Program.

Brandon Johnson
Chief Information Officer
With experience in information technology spanning more than 25 years, Brandon leads Resource's global IT efforts, ensuring the Company's
strategic goals are fully supported through the appropriate application of people, processes and technology.
Before joining Resources, Brandon enjoyed a highly successful, 20-career as a Marine Corps Officer. He most recently served as the Director of
Operating Forces Support at the Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity. In this role, he oversaw the support of globally deployed Marine
Corps command and control, communications, computer and intelligence systems. As a certified Defense Acquisition Corps professional, he also
directly supported the development, integration and deployment of several major communications and IT systems. Brandon's IT and leadership experience
is complemented by a significant military aviation background, having served operationally as a Weapons Systems Officer in the F/A-18D Hornet.
Brandon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from University of Texas El Paso, a Master's in Computer Systems Management from the University
of Maryland, and a Master's in Information Technology Management from the Naval Postgraduate School.

Tom Schember
SVP, Global Managing Director - Strategic Account Development
As Senior Vice President and Global Managing Director for Strategic Account Development, Tom Schember leads Resources' comprehensive
global strategy to develop and expand business with high profile multi-national companies across our 85 offices worldwide. Over the
past five years, Tom has been instrumental in building and leading many of Resources' largest global client relationships. As a result,
Tom played a critical role in the development of Resources' international business, working extensively with our global network to serve
clients in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.
Tom co-founded Resources' New York office in June 1998 as Managing Director. Since then, he has held a variety of senior leadership
positions including MD of Resources' Tri-State practice, MD for Global Client Services and Regional MD for the Asia-Pacific Region.
Tom joined the Company from The MacManus Group/DMB&B (now Publicis) where he served as vice president and director of Corporate Finance,
managing worldwide accounting and financial reporting. Prior to that, he was a senior audit manager at Deloitte & Touche in Parsippany,
New Jersey. He holds an MBA in Accounting from Rutgers University and a B.A. in English from Davidson College.

Suzanne Stanton
Regional Managing Director
With a unique and effective leadership style and keen eye for the business, Suzanne Stanton serves as Resources’ Regional Managing
Director of the Southeastern United States. Her territory includes a dozen offices from Baltimore to South Florida. In this role, Suzi
is responsible for developing market strategy, overseeing office management, expanding geographical presence and new business opportunities.
Suzi joined the firm in 1997 as Managing Director of the Washington, D.C. office, the Company’s 10th office and its first East Coast
presence. During her tenure at Resources, Suzi has served in lead client service roles in a variety of industries, including some of
the Company’s largest clients.
Prior to joining Resources, Suzi spent 13 years in the audit practice of Deloitte & Touche, where she worked with clients primarily in
the real estate and public sector industries. She graduated from the University of Virginia in 1983 and holds a Bachelor of Science in
Commerce, Accounting Concentration.

Tracy Stephens
Senior Vice President
Working in the supply chain profession for more than 23 years, Tracy Stephens has championed the strategic value of supply chain management
and the growing need to manage supplier risk. Currently, Tracy serves as the head of Resources’ Supply Chain Management global practice and
Regional Managing Director of the Company’s U.S. Central Region, comprised of 15 practice offices.
In 1995, Tracy co-founded The Procurement Centre, a professional services firm dedicated to supporting the transformation and operation of
supply chains. In 2002, as globalization became a top management challenge, The Procurement Centre was acquired by Resources, becoming the
Supply Chain Management practice of the firm, which is dedicated to helping global business leaders drive internal change.
Today, Tracy continues to promote the importance of managing supplier risk. Working with CEOs, CFOs, and supply chain management teams worldwide,
he helps Fortune 1000 clients implement and operate world-class supply chains. In addition, he has been recognized as one of Supply & Demand Chain
Executive magazine’s “Pros to Know” for the past two years. Tracy graduated in 1982 from Texas A&M University with a BBA degree in Finance and a
special emphasis in Economics.

Les Sussman
Managing Director, Resources Audit Solutions
With 30 years of professional services and private industry experience in accounting and auditing, Les Sussman is Managing
Director of Resources Audit Solutions (RAS), the Resources practice providing Audit, Risk & Compliance services. As an audit partner
with Deloitte & Touche LLC, Les held several leadership positions, including Partner in Charge of the Financial Services Group for
the Pacific Southwest Region, Partner in Charge of the Capital Markets consulting practice for the West Region, Partner in Charge
of the Woodland Hills office, National Director of Recruiting and College Relations and President of the Deloitte & Touche Foundation.
After 26 years with Deloitte, Les joined Gemstar TV Guide as Senior Vice President of Finance and, in 2005, he joined Resources as an
Associate to lead the internal SOX compliance initiative. Les currently serves as a member of the Executive Committee and the Board of
Directors of Braille Institute and is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the Children’s’ Bureau.

Don Murray
Executive Chairman & CEO
Drawing from his 30-years of business experience and management roots from the Big Four, Don Murray
founded Resources in June of 1996 with funding from the Venture Board of Deloitte & Touche LLC, where
he served as a Partner. After a management buy-out led by Don and two other founders, Resources went
public in December 2000. As Executive Chairman and chief executive officer, Don focuses on the Company's
strategic vision, employment culture and brand as well as significant business and geographic development,
while leading the Company's more than 80 global offices and over 2,900 employees. Don has built a high-caliber
management team and Consultant base, primarily made up of Big Four professionals with superior credentials
and substantial industry experience. Under his leadership, the Company has cultivated an impressive and
diverse client base, including 44 of the Fortune 50 companies, and more than half the Fortune Global 100.
Don serves on the Leadership Board of USC's Marshall School of Business and the Marshall Center for Global
Innovation. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California
Society of Certified Public Accountants (inactive). Additionally, he has developed an innovative internship
program with Human Options, a shelter for victims of domestic violence. Sponsored by Resources, the program
provides training and internships to women from the shelter. Don also serves on the Board of Healthy Smiles
for Kids of Orange County, a community-based non-profit organization shaped to meet the oral health needs of
children and families in Orange County, California.
Don earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting from California State
University, Los Angeles and his Master's in Business Taxation from the University of Southern California.

Tony Cherbak
President & Chief Operating Officer
With more than 30 years of professional services, operations and financial management experience, Tony
Cherbak has responsibility for Resources' global operations with a significant focus on managing and promoting
the Company's growth and profitability. As a member of the Company's senior management group, Tony serves as
part of a team that leads the successful implementation of Resources' business model - delivering high-caliber
professional work to clients and a corporate culture that gives its professionals rewarding, flexible careers
and career customization.
Tony joined Resources in July 2005 from Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he spent the majority of his career as
an audit partner in the Orange County, California office. At Deloitte, Tony led the firm's consumer business
practice for its Pacific Southwest region, and most recently served as the partner-in-charge of the Orange County
audit practice.
Tony graduated from Loyola Marymount University in 1978 with a BS in Accounting.

Kate Duchene
Chief Legal Officer & Executive Vice President of Human Resources
Since joining Resources in 1999, Kate Duchene has helped build and oversee the firm's infrastructure, processes and talent base,
as well as manage and enable the Company's continued growth and profitability. Under her executive leadership, Resources has continued
to thrive since going public in December 2000 and has expanded its operations to service an impressive and diverse client base of more
than 1,800 companies, including more than half of the Fortune Global 100.
Previously, Kate practiced law for nine years with O'Melveny & Meyers LLP, a Los Angeles, California law firm specializing in labor and
employment matters, most recently as a special counsel. She received her J.D., Cum Laude, from New York University and her B.A. in Political
Science from Stanford University. In 2010, Kate was recognized as "Outstanding General Counsel" by the Orange County Business Journal and named
to OC METRO magazine's "Hot 25" list of top business professionals in Orange County, California.
Kate also serves on the Board of Directors of Human Options, an organization that assists victims of
domestic violence, and is involved with Read Across America.

Nate Franke
Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
With a background suited for dealing with today's increasingly complex regulatory environment, Nate Franke joined Resources
Global Professionals in 2007. As CFO, Nate is responsible for all financial aspects of Resources' operations, including financial
reporting and investor relations. He oversees a business that generated $545.5 million in revenue in fiscal 2011, employs more than
2,900 professionals globally and has grown to over 80 practice offices worldwide during the past 15 years.
Nate joined Resources after 22 years at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where, for 12 years, he served as an audit partner primarily working
with publicly traded companies in the consumer and technology industries.
A member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Nate graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara,
and earned an MBA from the University of California, Irvine. Nate is also a part-time lecturer in financial reporting and analysis at
the University of California, Irvine, Merage School of Business.
